Pinhole Photography

A pinhole camera is a light tight box that has a small hole in it (aperture)and uses light sensative paper to capture an image. My pinhole camera was made out of oats can. The image on the left is my camera and the image on the right is a picture that was taken using my pinhole camera.

When taking pictures with a pinhole camera, the image that appears on the light sensative paper is a negative and mirror image. To create the possitive, I scanned the image onto the computer and edited in photoshop. The image on the left is the original and the image on the right is the possitive.
